【財訊快報／劉敏夫】外電報導指出，熟知內情的消息人士透露，全球用戶數最多的無線營運商中國移動評估收購香港寬頻，以期擴大在香港的業務。消息人士表示，中國移動一直在與香港寬頻的大股東私募股權公司MBK Partners和TPG Inc就收購事宜舉行會談。根據了解，中國移動暗示願意每股出價至少5港幣，這將使香港寬頻估值超過65億港幣（8.35億美元）。消息人士指稱，中國移動已經對潛在收購進行了盡職調查，目前正在與MBK和TPG就價格進行談判。同時，MBK與TPG可能堅持要求更高的估值，現在還不能確定雙方是否能達成一致共…
