【財訊快報／記者李純君報導】台積電(2330)今舉行高雄Fab 22擴產典禮，台積電執行副總經理暨共同營運長秦永沛並宣布，2奈米下半年量產，晶片將會用在超級電腦、行動裝置，和雲端運算中心。秦永沛提到，台積電2奈米在密度和邊緣效率均為最先進的技術，效能與功耗都提升一世代，相較3奈米，在功耗相同下速度會提升10～15%，在同速度下功耗將省25～30%。他也揭露，台積電2奈米製程將會在今年下半年量產，且全球最重要的科技創新領導者都和台積電緊密合作，產出的晶片將會用在超級電腦、行動裝置，和雲端運算中心。秦永沛指出，2奈米…
