美國總統川普向全球開徵關稅，國際股市應聲暴跌，美股蒸發6兆美元市值。有專家預言，台股7日開盤後恐受衝擊，恐摜破2萬關卡。為此，行政院長卓榮泰昨（5日）已邀集金管會、財政部、中央銀行對明日開盤做心理準備，商討應變措施。
