【財訊快報／陳孟朔】美國總統川普下令，重新評估日本製鐵(Nippon Steel，日鐵，日股代碼5401.T)計劃斥資149億美元收購美國鋼鐵(U.S. Steel，美股代碼X)的交易申請。根據白宮週一公布川普的最新行政決定，美國財政部旗下的外國投資委員會(CFIUS)將於45天內重新評估上述交易對國家安全的影響，然後再向川普提交評估報告及推薦建議。川普此舉令到市場對該宗收購重新有獲准的希望。消息曝光後，美鋼週一飆漲16.22%至44.50美元為去年3月12日以來的13個月新高，開春以來大漲了30.92%。同一期…
