美伊談判僵局加劇油價上行風險，花旗維持短期布蘭特油目標120美元

【財訊快報／陳孟朔】花旗銀行(Citi)發表最新研究報告顯示，若美國與伊朗的談判持續陷入僵局，油價可能進一步攀升。儘管目前庫存去化、戰略石油儲備(SPR)釋出、中國進口量減少、需求疲軟以及偶爾出現的局勢降溫訊號暫時緩解衝擊，但美伊達成協議的難度增加，推升了短期上行風險。報告指出，其基準預測仍認為荷姆茲海峽的干擾將在5月底前緩解，但目前市場對衝突持續時間及尾部風險(tail risks)的定價顯然不足。花旗維持對布蘭特原油未來0至3個月的價格預測在每桶120美元；預計第二季均價為110美元，第三季回落至95美元，第…
